They had always been committed to continuous improvement throughout the business and had always offered a high level of service from beginning to end, however their branding did not represent this and over time had been diluted, no longer reaching the audience that they wanted to engage with.
They recognised the need to address these issues and approached us to create a brand that complimented their stunning venue and exuded their exemplary level of care and attention that is put into producing each wedding.
We deliberately avoided the dated scripted look that so many venues opt for and created a brand that was understated and elegant which resonated with the modern day bride and groom. With the use of metallic inks and tactile uncoated paper, every aspect of their new brand reflected the classical splendour and authenticity of the venue.
This stunning new look was applied throughout the business and soon became synonymous with their outstanding, breathtaking venue. It became a brand that they were proud of and that their clients loved.
Kent is an extremely popular destination for weddings and as such, competition is fierce. It is imperative that in a market like this, you continually review and adapt. Following the re-brand, the Orangery went on to win the highly competitive title of Wedding Venue of the Year at the Kent Wedding Awards in 2013 and has been awarded the Brides Choice Great Service Award two consecutive years running in 2015 and 2016.
