Project detail

Competition in the restaurant business like so many others is fierce and clients are becoming more and more demanding. Starting up and creating a successful business is a challenge to say the least and therefore it is essential that your brand quality matches your offering. The faster you become visible to your clients, the sooner you can see returns. You need to make sure that your brand is valued and that it will stand out from the crowd.

The owners of The Curious Eatery had a wonderfully clear vision from the start on what they wanted to achieve and we worked with them to translate that into a brand that equalled their passion, personalities and that really brought the business to life.

Their vision for the venue was to create a unique dining experience; an African ‘feasting’ style of cooking bursting with flavour with a British twist, family-friendly with outstanding service set in a stunning environment, designed by Room Seven Interiors.

We created a bespoke brand identity and a series of hand-drawn Botswana baskets to feature as a secondary design element to reflect their heritage. A luxurious colour palette of golds, pinks and greys were used in conjunction with rustic kraft papers giving the brand a light-hearted, whimsical feel.

Just like Lesley and Nicole’s vision, their brand now stands for something unique in the minds of their clients. They are attracting loyal customers who are spreading the word about their exceptional service and fantastic dining experience.

The Curious Eatery Restaurant

The Curious Eatery is an exciting new restaurant in the village of Boughton Monchelsea, Kent. Owned by sisters, Lesley and Nicole Parry, who have impressive culinary experience; both trained at Cordon Bleu’s Silwood School of Cookery in South Africa and Nicole was Richard Branson’s head chef on both his yacht, Necker Belle and private island.
