When it comes to jewellery retailers, competition is high, however variations in quality, choice and customer service is vastly different. Custom and Co set themselves apart from other retailers by their customer-centred service ethos, offering an array of choice supported by expert advice and accessible aftercare services.
We were approached by Ben Wells, entrepreneur and Head Goldsmith to create a brand that would reinforce their quality craftsmanship and bespoke services. We took time to understand every element of the business and we were immediately impressed by the standard of traditional craftsmanship, expert knowledge and old fashioned customer service.
Custom & Co – Your personal goldsmith was born out of all these qualities and really sums up the heart of the business. The carefully selected fonts adapted for the new branding are classic in their design and perfectly represent the graceful mix of Custom & Co’s offering, their traditional workshop in a beautifully accessible modern shop. The deep and soft greys alongside the delicate pinks reinforce the message of quality and look stunning on everything from the luxury feel business cards and stationery to the impressive new shop signage, window displays and stunning new website too.
Custom & Co have been a pleasure to work with and a business that we at Project 64 are extremely proud to be aligned with. Shortly after the launch of their new brand they were voted “Wedding Ring Retailer of the year” at the Kent Wedding awards 2017/2018 a truly deserved title and one that we believe will be the first of many more to come.
